Ingredients :

  • Onion – 125 Gms

  • Dry Coconut – 50 Gms

  • Ginger – 15 Gms

  • Garlic – 15 Gms

  • Coriander Leaves – 4 springs

  • Turmeric – 1 tsp.

  • Popy seed – ½ tsp.

  • Garam masala powder – 1 table spoon

  • Red chilli powder – to taste

  • Meat of lamb – 500 Gms

  • Tomato – 1 No.

  • Seasm Seeds – ½ tsp.

  • Oil – 100 ml.

 

Method : 

  1. Wash the meat and keep aside.

  2. Make paste of Ginger, Garlic & Coriander Leaves,.

  3. Fry sliced onion & dry coconut seasm seeds in little oil & make paste.

  4. Take a vessel add chop onion in little oil add turmeric & ginger garlic paste fry well then add mutton & coach well by adding water in it.

  5. After mutton is cooked take the mutton pieces out & keep aside

  6. Take another vessel add oil, chop onion & tomato. Fry well then add mutton stock, salt & boil well.

  7. Serve hot garnished with finely chop coriander leaves.
