Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Chutney Daal (roasted gram daal)
1 cup Powdered Sugar
4 tbsp Ghee
Cashewnuts, Raisins as required
5-6 Cardamom powdered
Method:
- Powder chutney daal in a
mixie.
- Sieve chutney daal powder
and sugar powder together and place them in
a bowl.
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee and fry
cashewnuts till brown and raisins till it
swells separately.
- Add to flour.
- Heat remaining ghee and
add to flour. Mix well and make lemon sized
laddu when it is till hot.
