Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Chutney Daal (roasted gram daal)
1 cup Powdered Sugar
4 tbsp Ghee
Cashewnuts, Raisins as required
5-6 Cardamom powdered

Method:

 

  1. Powder chutney daal in a mixie.
  2. Sieve chutney daal powder and sugar powder together and place them in a bowl.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp ghee and fry cashewnuts till brown and raisins till it swells separately.
  4. Add to flour.
  5. Heat remaining ghee and add to flour. Mix well and make lemon sized laddu when it is till hot.
